01Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and UUSTOTO as the platform operator ("Platform"). This document applies to all access and use of the website, mobile application, and any other services provided under the UUSTOTO name.

Any use of the platform in any form — including browsing pages, registering an account, making a deposit, or playing even a single game — constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of all terms set out in this document and other related documents, such as Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guide.

02Member Eligibility

To register and use UUSTOTO's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

03Registration & Account Management

When registering an account at UUSTOTO, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Required details include your full name as per your national ID, date of birth, active phone number, and a valid bank account number in your own name.

One Account per Individual: Each individual is only permitted to hold and operate one active account. If multiple account ownership is detected — whether under the same or different identities — UUSTOTO reserves the right to close all related accounts, void all balances and bonuses, and ban that individual from re-registering.

Identity Verification (KYC): To process a first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a certain limit, UUSTOTO may request identity verification documents, which may include a national ID photo, a selfie with the national ID, and proof of bank account ownership. This process is part of our commitment to security and compliance.

• Accounts cannot be transferred or sold to another party.
• Playing on behalf of another person or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• UUSTOTO reserves the right to update account information requirements at any time in accordance with operational and compliance needs.

04Account Security and Password

Your account security is a shared responsibility. UUSTOTO provides high-level security infrastructure — but you are also obligated to keep your account credentials confidential.

• Never share your password with anyone, including anyone claiming to be UUSTOTO staff. Our team will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone.
• Use a strong, unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings for an extra layer of security.
• Contact the support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

05Deposit Terms

Deposits at UUSTOTO can be made via various available methods, including local bank transfers, digital wallets (DANA, OVO, GoPay), and QRIS. The minimum deposit is Rp 10.000 per transaction.

• All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Transfers from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• UUSTOTO does not charge any administrative fees for deposits; however, any transfer fees imposed by the sending bank remain the member's responsibility.
• You do not need to manually submit deposit confirmations — our system verifies automatically. However, if your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, contact customer support with your proof of transfer.
• UUSTOTO reserves the right to decline or return deposits from sources that cannot be verified or are deemed suspicious.

06Fund Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals from your account balance are processed once all verification requirements have been met. Under normal conditions, withdrawals are completed in under 5 minutes.

• Registered Account: Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name and already verified. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• KYC Verification: First-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain limit require successful full identity verification before they can be processed.
• Bonus Balance: Funds derived from bonuses may only be withdrawn after meeting the applicable turnover requirements for that bonus.
• Processing Time: While UUSTOTO targets a processing time of under 5 minutes, withdrawals may take longer under certain conditions such as bank system maintenance or additional verification procedures.

07Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programs

• One Bonus per Promotion: Each promotion can only be claimed once per account. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once through different accounts is a violation.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a defined validity period. Unused bonuses or unfulfilled turnover requirements after expiry will be automatically removed.
• Right to Evaluate: UUSTOTO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated to members via platform notifications or registered email.

08Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the UUSTOTO platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system certified by independent auditing bodies. This ensures that every game outcome is truly random, fair, and cannot be manipulated — by either the platform or the player.

• The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each slot is available on the respective game information page and represents a theoretical long-term average figure.
• Completed and confirmed game results are final and cannot be cancelled or altered.
• If a technical issue or connection drop occurs mid-game, our system has a recovery mechanism that will resume or complete the ongoing round based on server records.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the on-screen display and server records due to a technical issue, UUSTOTO's server data shall be considered valid and final.

09Prohibitions and Actions for Violations

UUSTOTO maintains a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of cheating, manipulation, and platform abuse. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage at the game table.

12Changes to Terms and Conditions

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the changes made, you may stop using the service and submit an account closure request to the support team.
